2012 Calendar

The 2012 Calendar is available for download in PDF format.

Below are brief descriptions of some of the fun and educational activities we offer here at Freedom Farm. See the schedule below for specific dates of each activity. You can also find out more about these activities by selecting one on the What We Offer menus of our web site.

Mini Beats Ride & Charity Drive. This is a great opportunity for family outings at Freedom Farm that gives the very young a safe and fun experience around horses. With the help of parents, we lead riders and play games with the horses in and around the farm.

Summer Camps.

See the calendar below for specific dates for each camp.

Camps are popular and fill up fast, so be sure to reserve a spot early in the camp of your choice.

Cost is $400 per week ($350 for Hoof Beats members). Reserve by May 1st, bring a friend or enroll in more than one week to receive an additional $25 discount. Click one of these links to download our camp registration and liability waiver & release forms.

You can download the camp registration and Liability waiver & Release forms from our web site.

Playday Game Challenges. Anyone is welcome to participate at these events. We work on advancing skill through games. Each month the games change to give our participants a new approach to having fun and learning. No advanced sign-up is necessary, but feel free to call Mary for more information. See the schedule below for specific events and dates.

Dressage Clinics. At Freedom Farm we like to bring the best horseman/women to our area to teach and inspire us. This year we are fortunate to be able to make dressage education more accessible to our community. Michelle Grimmer is a talented instructor who will send you away excited about your advancements. See the schedule below for clinic dates and details.

Cow Working Clinics. Riders who are interested in working cows can join us once a month to do just that. Also check the calendar as we finalize more dates for specialists in the cow working and roping industry coming to our area. See the calendar below for specific times and clinic dates.

Adult Workshops. We offer lessons to adults who are interested in advancing their horsemanship. Each month we will have a different focus, so check back for updates each month. See the calendar below for specific workshop dates.
